DOCUmentATION
With your sign-off on the plan, we prepare the construction binder containing all the components to ensure a seamless build. Every drawing, schedule and specification is included to allow your contractor to produce an accurate quote.

Taking you through our in-depth discovery process, we discuss your vision, objectives, preferences and aesthetic. From here we establish the overall look and feel of your project.

Installation &
CURATION
With the build phase complete,
we orchestrate the installation. Furniture is delivered and placed, artwork is mounted, beds made, pillows fluffed, and accessories curated, ready for your grand reveal!

Check-ins
We meet with the contractor to review the design plan, answer questions and finalize details. During regular site check-ins, we ensure all is going to plan and we are available for any onsite needs.

PRESENTATION
In an immersive presentation, we guide you through the design of your new space with 3D visuals, samples, plans and drawings. Post meeting we integrate your feedback and finalize your plan!

Design
MANAGEMENT
We manage ordering and shipping of all furniture, decorative lighting, drapery, rugs, art, and accessories included in your plan. A detailed schedule itemizes every piece and purchasing begins upon sign-off.

Vista Verte
When a vision for clean, modern interiors meets the precision of bespoke craftsmanship, the result is Vista Verte.Designed for a client with modern masculine tastes, this new construction home balances refined sophistication with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Nestled amidst panoramic views, beautiful windows frame an open layout, filling the home with natural light. Soaring cathedral ceilings enhance the sense of airiness, while a palette of natural materials connects the interiors to the surrounding landscape. At the heart of the custom kitchen is a stone waterfall island and lighting chosen for its sculptural presence, creating a focal point that introduces artistry. The crafted custom vanities, doors, trim and stain glass transoms by artist Peter Rice add depth and refinement to the home.
Together, these details create a space that is highly personal and beloved by our fabulous client. Vista Verte is a home that feels personal, effortlessly modern, and rich with character.

PACKAGE
The key components in your design package help you to visualize and build your space. With 3D renderings, comprehensive CAD drawings, schedules and specifications, we detail everything including floor plans, elevations, lighting schemes, cabinetry designs, wall finishes, trims and moldings, hardware, plumbing fixtures, window treatments, fabrics, and furniture. Every element is thoughtfully packaged ensuring a seamless transition from design to execution.
